Today I had the honor of training with one of the best jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world – Kyra Gracie. For those of you who don’t know who Kyra Gracie is, she is a multiple time Pan Am and World champion as well as an Abu Dhabi champion. Krya is one of the best female grapplers in the world and most would even put here in the conversation of being one of the best pound for pound grapplers in the world period. She had some great details on techniques to offer as well as plenty words of wisdom to share from her own experiences in jiu-jitsu. She is most certainly someone who exhibits what it is to live the jiu-jitsu lifestyle. Kyra was willing to take a few minutes and answer a few questions for me to share with all of you. Take a look and enjoy!

Hey Everyone! I hope everyone is doing well and you all’s training is going great! I wanted to spread the word to everyone about one of my favorite places that I have been to in my travels.
